Understanding Depth of Field

www.FroKnowsPhoto.com Understanding Depth of Field or DOF when you are starting out can be a little overwhelming. I wanted to break this down and show you side by side examples of what F2.8 looks like compared to F22. It is important to know that changing the focal length of your lens can play a factor in your DOF. Wide angle lenses expand your Depth of Field and Tele-Photo lenses compress it. What this means is its easier to “blow” out the background with a telephoto lens opposed to a supper wide angle. I want you to notice how changing the F stop effects the Shutter speed. I know this is a video about DOF but look what happens to the shutter speed as the F stop goes higher, the speed drops. LOL i have bad allergies… anywho def try them out! and be sure to take care of your eyes! i only wear them once in awhile or less than six hours a day! questions: 1.where do i buy my eye solutions? walmart or any drug store 2. did that deep cleaning little machine thingy came with ur lenses? no it did not i had to buy it! it only came with a contact lens case. 3.when i first get my lenses do i have to put them in the cleaner or can i just put them in their case? it depends? if you use like alcon replenish then yes u can put it in the case that came with the lens, but if u buy the deep cleaning one then there u go!! depends on how u want them to be cleaned 4. how long should i wear them? i try to wear them on special occasions and not everyday! wearing them more than 8 hours is not good for your eyes! these are cosmetic lenses after all. they are not the same as american brand contact! 5. do they really last a whole year? it says that but i dont believe it… it depends how often you wear them. when they start …

CAN YOU GET A HUMMINGBIRD TO PECK YOUR LENS

I used red Avery (from Office Supply) circular self- adhesive color coding labels about 3/4 inches and put them on the lens housing. I put some small yellow ones in the center of the red. I put three on the lens housing. You can see two of them in the video. The one on top you can not see because I did not want it to get in the way of seeing him (black-chinned male). Be sure to remove all red objects from around you so he will see the coding labels easy. You can see he struck the lens with his beak. DID YOU SEE THE HUMMINGBIRD PECK THE LENS.
